Dumpster Diving for non-food stuff

We like to work with recycled materials. But how do you get them? We’ve found a lot of stuff on the street or simply thrown away.

Some places, like businesses, throw away a lot of good stuff, things that we could potentially reuse. In comes the dumpster diving. It’s usually used in the context of food, supermarkets etc throwing away still mostly good food, and people going around to collect it. But we feel it is relevant in more ways than that.

Unfortunately, most (if not all) websites focussing on dumpster diving are in the food context, there seem to be no maps or anything for non-food items. Maybe it’s time to change that…
